Blue

Blue lived a long and wonderful life, nearly making it to 18 years old. We may not have had him with us from the very beginning, but once he came into our lives he became truly irreplaceable.

Blue had a gentle, quiet way about him—he’d show up out of nowhere, just to check in, then curl up in his little sofa for another nap. He adored his tiny shrimp toy, which now rests with his sister Lucy, a piece of him still carried on.

On August 15th, Blue slipped away peacefully in his human mom’s arms, surrounded by the love that had filled his days.

He will forever be in our hearts.
